1. Service Provision

Cines Hopper provides software licenses, SaaS platforms, and custom development as outlined in the user’s selected tier or contract. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with appropriate notice.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated in a custom development contract, all base code, API structures, and SaaS platform architecture remain the intellectual property of Cines Hopper. Clients are granted a license to utilize the software.

3. Limitation of Liability

Cines Hopper shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from server downtime, data loss, or third-party software conflicts beyond our direct control.
